The folks in Oklahoma City are not doing their jobs: City Council and Board of Education meet to discuss state budget crisis

Education and city hall leaders bridged the governmental gap Wednesday for a joint meeting focused on Tulsa Public Schools' budget crisis. "We are at a critical point," said Tulsa Public Schools Board President Suzanne Schreiber. "I don't know what word to use. Crisis? Bloodied?" The meeting was largely unprecedented in Tulsa between the elected officials from the municipal government and Tulsa's largest school district.
